She is very thoughtful and smart with our time - the content we discuss during my mentor sessions and the way she critiques my work and gives suggestions is helpful and educational. Every time we meet up I feel like I've learned more about myself as a designer and have recognized what I need to work on and where I can improve. The best part about speaking with Florence is is that I don't feel like I need to be a top designer or know everything, she knows I'm learning and trying and I really appreciate her support and guidance. I also admire her ambitions and the work life she created for herself, there is a lot to learn from her.
